What we collect
Your name, email address, selected appointment, topic, objective, any reference link you provide, acceptance of the booking terms, and payment/booking references. Stripe handles your payment details; the website does not receive your full card number. Essential security checks and the site’s configured analytics may process limited device and usage information.
Why we use it
We use your information to arrange and deliver the session, verify payment, create your meeting invitation, provide the recap, respond to support requests, prevent misuse and keep required accounting records. Booking does not automatically subscribe you to marketing.
The services involved
The website is hosted with Firebase/Google Cloud. Booking information is held in private backend records. Google Calendar and Google Meet receive the information needed for the appointment and video call; Stripe receives information needed to process payment. These providers may process information internationally under their applicable safeguards and privacy terms.
Retention and your choices
We keep booking and correspondence records only as long as needed to deliver and support the service, resolve disputes and meet legal/accounting obligations. Do not upload confidential client files; share a suitable reference link only where permitted. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing, and complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office or your local regulator.
Recordings
Sessions are not recorded by default. If a recording is agreed, its purpose, recipients and storage arrangements will be agreed before recording begins.
