This notice explains what happens to personal information when you visit, buy or ask for support.
Who controls your information
Mike Staniforth Film Ltd, company number 10636076, is responsible for personal information used to sell and support Founder Launch OS. Contact: mike@mikestaniforth.com.
What we collect
We may receive your name, email address, country, payment status, order reference and correspondence. Stripe processes your payment details; we do not receive your full card number. The website may collect limited device, page-view and referral information through configured analytics and essential security logs.
How we use it
We use information to process and verify purchases, securely deliver the download, provide support and maintenance notices, prevent fraud, keep accounting records, improve the product and comply with legal obligations. We rely on performing our contract, legitimate interests and legal obligations as applicable.
Local product data
Founder Launch OS runs in your own local folder. It has no mandatory account, activation check or product telemetry. Material you choose to send to Codex, Claude Code, hosting providers or image generators is handled under those providers’ privacy terms and is outside our control.
Sharing and international processing
We share only what is needed with service providers such as Stripe, website hosting, analytics, email and professional advisers. These providers may process information in other countries using their own safeguards. We do not sell your personal information.
Retention and security
Purchase and accounting records are kept for the periods required by law. Support correspondence and delivery records are kept only as long as reasonably needed. We use access controls and private delivery links, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to use of your information, or complain to a regulator. Email us to make a request. You can also opt out of non-essential marketing at any time.
