Terms of sale and licence

These terms explain what you are buying, how the one-business licence works and the rights that remain yours.
Who we are
Founder Launch OS is sold by Mike Staniforth Film Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 10636076. Contact: mike@mikestaniforth.com.
The product
Core V1 is a one-time digital download designed to run as a local project with Codex or Claude Code. It includes guided business onboarding and workflows for brand identity, offer and pricing, a landing page and a CineRender visual campaign prompt pack. Third-party software, AI usage, domains, hosting and image-generation costs are not included.
Licence and permitted use
One purchase grants one buyer a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Founder Launch OS for one business. You may commercially use the business-specific outputs it creates. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish or provide the operating system files to another person or business.
Payment and delivery
Prices are shown in GBP and payment is processed by Stripe. The download is supplied immediately after a successful payment. You are responsible for providing a valid email address and keeping your copy secure.
Cancellation and refunds
Where the law permits, you will be asked to request immediate supply of the digital content and acknowledge that this can affect a statutory cancellation right once delivery begins. This does not affect rights that cannot legally be excluded, including remedies for digital content that is faulty or not as described. If the download fails or the product is defective, contact us so we can repair, replace or otherwise resolve it.
AI output and your responsibilities
Founder Launch OS provides structured recommendations and creates editable working material, but it cannot guarantee commercial results. You remain responsible for checking accuracy, rights, claims, pricing, legal compliance and suitability before publishing or using outputs. Do not place confidential or personal data into third-party AI services unless their terms and your obligations allow it.
Maintenance and add-ons
Core V1 maintenance updates are included while we continue to make them available. They may repair or improve the core product but do not promise every future feature or paid add-on. We may discontinue updates with reasonable notice; your existing downloaded copy remains licensed under these terms.
Liability and governing law
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect loss, lost profits or decisions made from unchecked AI output. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without removing any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
This is a best-effort global template and does not remove mandatory consumer or privacy rights that apply in your location.
